Today I went for what is a must to all visitors to Mount Maunganui and that is to take the approximately 45 minute walk around the base of the mount

Shells from Maori feasts these must have been there for many many years
On completion of my circumference of the mount did see two overseas cruise ships in port

In the afternoon I did play Lawn Bowls at Eileen's complex, and did use the bowls given to Eileen some years ago By brother Tom's wife Joyce, they previously belong to Joyce's mother
