Here the rich people ( Brand New Mercedes Benz) think they can park anywhere and have special privileges well I was pleased to see a policeman pull with a truck. he took photos of the parking sign then of the car all with times on them being digital, he had to stand there for 5 minutes, and when the 5 minutes was up take another picture to confirm that he had waited for the 5 minutes, then a man from the truck puts these cradled wheels under the rear wheels, jacks them up the truck pushes a unique extension under the front and away they go, the car behind also had the same treatment

An elderly Lady loading up her scooter with scrap pipes and other recyclable goods to get money for them at the depot that's crazy things they do here on scooters.
