This Picture is self explanatory, and I must agree they are always on time to the seconds, and spotlessly clean. You will see the date of 2007 and on the right hand side the numbers 1999 I must explain this is not a year date but a service number that you can ring anywhere in Taipei City if you have a service problem, gas leak, car accident or any problem you may have and need help; just ring this number, and they will direct connect you to the people you need, and of course Metro information
